What does being single means ? Does it only mean no Susan content or are there routes available only when single ?
Also, what's the difference between Oliver and Chad ? I've only done Oliver so far so is it the same as Oliver only with... a slight change in contrast ?

Mafia payouts are increasing every week. There won't be enough money without feminization. But there is a good ending - if you refuse to pay at the initial stages, the father will not be killed immediately. The hero finds and frees his father, killing all the enemies.
You can also reverse feminization after examination in the clinic - it is suggested to take male hormones.

Single path is not developed enough in the current build. It will be updated in 0.8.
There is a significant contrast between Olivier and Chad paths. They are both cuck paths but are different enough to enjoy novelly.

What I do is if I have a scene that I like I will create a save on my hard disk and then rename the save file so I know which one it is. Then I put that in a folder with the game title. If I ever want to replay it I just load that save.
It is the same thing I thought or at least being able to be and have a normal and complete relationship with Susan with a lot of pregnancy.

I do not believe you will get very far, at a minimum you have to 'please' the boss and convince him you can be a good 'gurl' and make him $$. And that's just the start!
With that said - I did not try, but I do not think so! :>)

Any tips on how to see the scenes with Olivia's brother? Is there a certain route of hers you need to choose?
I've been trying to figure it out but the game's strict schedule mechanic makes hunting for specific content extremely time consuming. So many clicks just to get to your two gym opportunities each week... Besides that though, great game - thanks dev!

If i remember correctly, when you want to recruit her for Cauldron, she wants a favor and the favor is scenes with her brother. To get it you need to pick favor option and (I guess) not being blacked route with Olivia blacked (cause if i recall correctly she refuses to work at Cauldron instantly on a blacked route)

No, no. She can still work on the cauldron in the route, but at some point she will quit both the gym and the cauldron jobs
