It's from a patch where you can download it for the current update and it will change the name to mother, sister and brother

OK, from what I can tell so far - dev has added additional sex scenes with Nicole and you are able to creampie her during all sex scenes with her now, previously you would only creampie her 14:00 hours on the beach.

Not seen any other changes yet but will mention then if I find them.

Update: Also there appears to be 3 or 4 more events after Nicole tells she is pregnant.

In my play through I got both mom and sister pregnant which I prefer but what ever float your boat I guess
