Is there another path because both the MC and the Mom have had that talk about the pill and I choose the pill

It takes a while before it starts to show. Even in porn games it still goes day by day so will be a few more updates before any bumps show.
The content was her pregnancy path, you'll have to wait for a non pregnancy one.

you do know real life counts pregnancy by the day, right? not by the update? i can make days fly by in this game, i think this might just be different than real life?

So... baby bumps start to show between 12 and 16 weeks. Mom's already been prego before might show before.. (from a quick google)... Come back to us when you spent at least 84 in game days, to see if you notice any baby bump any place

Because the story is bound to it's days and bumps aren't going to show straight away ... that would be silly. Of course it's different to real life but days exist in the game so does logic.
