I've done my best to ignore him so far and just concentrated on the girls. I got the scene where the mother confronted Devon, which of course was a total cowardly bitch. Still playing the game so we'll see what happens next, but i can tell you know that i hate that fucking wanker wholeheartedly

With the built in cheats its not really that grindy once you memorize the schedules of the girls that you want to work on.
The only issue that I have with the game is that there is no "quest tracker" or anything to let me know for absolutely sure that I have unlocked everything.
Aside from that the game is certainly one of the better ones to grace this site.

The first sex scenes are on the beach with girls though. 14.00 with Nicole, and 19.00 with Karen. Karen has other sex scenes now, but Nicole still only has that.

I did another playthrough, and this time Nicole getting pregnant from both Devon AND MC is possible. I mean WTF.

First I went full NTR for both girls and they both got pregnant from Devon, then tried to bounce back. Karen did not work, but I managed to set things with Nicole (After fuck load of grinding with 1600 bedroom event only for 60 game days, this time I did not use cheats and skipped all dialogue for faster results), I managed to have sex with Nicole and got her pregnant again.

I guess Devon talking event determines whether you can bounce back or not. Devon only mentions Karen because he spots you while having his way with her, thus:

Devon spotting MC while having his way with Nicole and mentioning it during the talking event should be able to fix it.

Disabling 1600 Nicole Bedroom and 1800 Karen Bedroom events after Devon having sex with them could be another fix.

I admit he and some other devs do well attempting to reflect ~40-45 year old features on the moms (like with the knees interestingly enough).

For the pregnancy scenes to progress, you need a minimum 20 points of pregnancy for both girls. For Nicole, you can only farm that at 14.00 in the beach now.
