This is certainly useful for learning Python, but this method has a drawback - in an evolving game will have to to check and change the files after each update. It is much more interesting change the tool itself (URM) so that it is not caught by the protection tailored specifically for it.
Well, the purpose of this is not very clear - the game has a built-in cheat that allows you to get rid of the grind, if you are not interested in grinding:

I used to know the money cheat when I first played this but now, I can't remember what it was?

Don't worry about most of the listed stats, they are mostly progress trackers.
1. Food, Hygiene & Sleep are the critical 3, can be restored overnight or with cafe/bar purchases, some for inventory use, some instant.
2. Strength will increase with use of Gym Weights, takes time but ideal task if waiting for time to pass.
3. Traveling distances takes time, Trainers, Bicycle & later options can speed you between locations.
4. Moving between rooms in a location is instant, other actions or using the map advances the time.
5. Character variables like Friendship, Love & Lust will go up to 200 over time with interactions, these adjust how they are dressed on the character list & what further interactions you can have:
Chatting gains Friendship & Love
Kissing & Making gain Love & Lust
Solo sexual activity gains Love & Lust
Mutual sexual activity gains more Love but loses Lust
6. Only known bug is that the game gets confused after a few hundred location moves, I recommend saving & re-loading that save about every week of game time, this will bypass the bug by resetting the move counter without changing character variables.
7. This is likely the Free version, as such there is less of the growth options in it.

So I just don't get it, you grind stats but can't fuck most of the girls? focusing on Debbie and she's pretty up in her stats but can just make out with her.
