Nope, I unlocked every scene in the replay menu (barring a few random patrol events in chapter 1) without even knowing the inventory exists.
I think that, as of 0.12.1, its only purpose is to remind you of what items you have available.

I think I found the issue? It seems that not all old saves are compatable though most are (Don't understand that) I have seen and done the gym event where she was punished and the spying after, but with one of the newer saves that was not in the log as finished?????? I went back and redid that part again and the rest popped through????? The last after the unlocking of the dressing room can be played and seen, but it doesn't unlock where Lucy flashes in the dressing roomWell, then Cassandra is holding you back. You'll need to do her questline (punish > spy > punish > spy > read mail) first (up to a point).
The Cassandra gymnasium scene and the aftermath when spying on her room are worth it for themselves I think
..... Good enough for now... Thanks..I just completed the update for now and noticed some odd behavior. I have one event left locked in replay, but after using the cheat toggle to see the image, I did see it. The second locker room event seems to not unlock in replay unless you toggle the cheat on. Just thought that was odd and may or may not be intended due to the beta nature of that event as it is now.

I had the same issue - someone pointed out earlier the dev mentioned they didn't finish the final part of the scene - so they left it locked - and put a placeholder scene in there. It will be completed in the final version of 12 (this was an alpha or beta release).
I see, so it is intended behavior, just as I suspected considering the beta message. I just didn't know if it was supposed to stay locked, even if it is a temporary scene.

As far as I can remember, For me, it didn‘t stay locked in the beta version. Do you have passed the locker-room-rule in the Friday board meeting and after that visited the girls locker rooms?
BTW: the message, you get on the end of priti‘s story line is only an hint, that the main story has ended. i personally got The 2 lockerroom scenes only after this.
Same, the locker room was the last thing I did in the entire update, I have everything passed except the nudist area, which is not yet added according to the message if you try to select that. I had the incident in the locker room where the HM couldn't get in and had to call Ms. Newman, then the meeting after, then the scene with Maxine talking to you about getting rid of the new rule while Lucy flashes you behind her, which had me laughing hard. That Maxine one is the scene that won't unlock in replay for me without the cheat based on the preview image for that scene.

Ok, I don't know what I'm missing, but I can't trigger Charlotte's smoking scenes. I have every rule, except for girls locker access, passed, Priti level up to 3 and the rest. Pretty much the only thing left is the Harriet quest. Maybe there's a console command to trigger smoking scenes, eh?
I cannot trigger the Drama Night Part 2 event but i can see it in the replay section. This wont allow me to progress further in Prirti storyline. Is there console command to fix this?
Edit: I changed the drama night event values with save editor, watched the 2nd drama night event, rewatched the event 3 more times but I still cannot trigger Priti scene.

Did you not get any smoking scene or did you get it once but it never appeared? The latter would be known (one of your reactions locks you out from continuing), the former would be new.

Quick question - do you mean hardly (as in not much as all) or hardily (as in like crazy to get it done). Just wast trying to understand if there was something I was missing as most people don't say "we aren't working hard on this" ...
