That's cringe because you're applying a sexual relationship to a baby. Not the age gap in-and-of-itself. Imagine two babies in adjacent prams, and one of the parents saying "One day, these two are gonna fuck." It also wouldn't go over well.

An adult and a minor, you're talking about grooming via power dynamic. That doesn't go away when the younger one reaches 18. But if they both meet as capable adults, even at different stages of life each can still consent to treat the other as an equal.

I provided another example of two adults with 25 years between them. Do you really think a 40yo and a 65yo will be on the same page when it comes to intimacy? They're not even on the same chapter. It's funny that the same person who argues that 10-30 years of age difference is no big deal makes fun of Wilson earlier, a 60yo with a crush on Pritti. He calls him... old.

Age is not just a number. It's a fairly useful indicator of stages in life cycles of all living creatures, humans included. Certain things happen to our minds and bodies at certain ages. 20-25 years is 1 human generation. 10 years is half a generation, like a black key between two white keys on a piano.

It's clear as day that the game exploits the male senior mentor and junior female protegee(s) trope and it's probably more central to the story than BDSM. With a distinct twist, but still. To add to your characteristics of these supposedly adult women, take note how a lot of them are sexually inexperienced or underexperienced, with repeated fetishization of their surprized reactions when touched by the MC's expert hands...

Just want to point out that you both missed one that may throw a serious wrench in the age/maturity theory. Mrs Swallows. She's an adult, has a career, doesn't work for him and is married. And he still manages to manipulate her into crazy ginger sex in a matter of 3-4 encounters.

Personally, I don't think you're entirely wrong. But I'm still of the opinion that he IS meant to be a competent manipulator of all ages. The execution of it is simply not very good at times.

Jane Curtis - I doubt she will make an appearance as a LI at all, she's too far outside the story. Patricia has just joined us. Ruth will need to be very late because once she falls the school internal problems disappear and MC can reign supreme which would be kinda boring.

But I do think you are reading too much into this one woman being "behind" and being older at the same time, that can easily be a coincidence. Just as I think that you are reading too much into "age as a number". Sure, there are correlations, and sure people far apart will have different "backgrounds" and "positions in life" in general. However that does not automatically mean a power difference in the same direction.

There is just one scene so far where the spanker is not older and without all displays of seniority that come with that. That scene is Sally turned teenager and spanking... Ms Chang. All the women that he is topping are shown to be junior, not just in age, but status and experience as well. Those who are in fact more experienced than him, he somehow cannot spank or have sex with as the lead he's supposed to be at all times (Trixie). She even says 'little old me... I'm sorry, I but I don't just have sex with anyone, you know?'. His answer? 'Fair enough.' Once a female character is mature enough (not necessarily older then him, but it helps), his manipulative skills stop working. He is now a horny teenager receiving a teasy, stress releasing BJ from a seasoned sex worker who even looks down at BDSM play, perceiving it as a mere kink. And he does not even try to prove her wrong and convince that his teaching method is genius and works like a charm on anyone, just put this schoolgirl uniform on, Trixie... She just wasn't born yesterday. Am I reading too much or perhaps the devs wrote too much?

Ms Potts takes lessons from him and even dresses as a schoolgirl 'to help [her] to get in the mind of a student who is about to be punished'. His seniority is thus reinforced. Ms Newman listens to his guidance while spanking or becoming more forward with her groping of the pupils. Seniority with Newman is reinforced time and time again, despite him trying to make her his partner in crime. He gives her instructions during private punishments and when they have the sex in the shower, what does he say? 'I want you to feel like a student who's being punished' [...] 'quiet Sally, when I punish a girl they are not to speak without permission.' And then he drones about how he studied the secrets of female pleasure, the anatomy of his partners.... which in RL would kill the mood in an instant.

On the other hand, the player does not have an option to demonstrate to Patricia how to administer spankings properly by spanking Patricia herself. She's just somehow too mature, a strict mother whose strictness he sees but is unable to challenge really. Coincidence? In a harem game, where usually all female characters are sexually accessible to male MC, even if it involves implausible scenes of incest?

Oh well of course, MC is significantly older than your average MC. And girls will obviously tend to be young given the setting and the fact that they need to be attractive. Hardly a lot of games that would have 36 year old women be the norm, unless the game is specifically targeting the milf fetish.

With Swallows though we're not talking about anything close to young school girls. Nor someone that works directly under him like Sally. This is someone who's nearly in her 30s, well underway with her life and most importantly MARRIED. And he completely has his way with her in what is essentially a few hours worth of interactions. In ways her husband probably wouldn't be able to. That would certainly qualify as impressive. Especially given denying her still gets her what she wants. Meaning that the point of leverage he used against her is essentially a facade.

If this doesn't count then the way you're framing this, you're making your thesis a little absurd to disprove. You can always find some justification or other to dismiss. In a game with 30ish girls, there's only 4 you would even deem worthy of consideration before applying apparently "disqualifying" methods of manipulation. And one of them is basically a background lore character with only like 3 lines of dialogue. Of the remaining 3, 2 he's already started manipulating just not yet fully towards sex. And the last one is a sociopath that's more than twice his age. Mind you, we're also only in the second chapter.

I see some pretty in-depth talks about the MC but I don't have time right now to read them all, the first few comments don't seem to acknowledge that the MC is somewhat deluded. As a TLDR, has that come up?
Bringing up who would be safe targets doesn't really matter when you consider that he appears to genuinely believe his own bullshit, maybe not subconsciously as indicated by his dreams but my interpretation of his monologuing about doing what's right for the girls and such strongly indicate he believes in what he's doing beyond it just being sexually gratifying for himself. There's no reason for him to be selling the lie that this is all purely in the best interest of the girls when there's nobody else around or when we're literally reading his thoughts. Sure, as the game progresses he becomes more openly honest about his perversions with us as the player but by that point, the wheels are already in motion. Stopping this ride would be hard and potentially life-risking if what happened to the previous Headmaster is anything to go by.
Yeah, the MC isn't exactly Altruistic but's he's delusional about it in the beginning. That delusion has him disregarding sense in a lot of cases in regards to what's actually best for the girls or what would be acceptable in society because he has convinced himself that his methods are not only correct but advantageous to anyone submitted to them.

I say I don't have time to read everything and then I write a chunky wall of text myself. Ugh.

Hey Altos, It's been quite a long bit since I last played the game.
Been enjoying all the new content for the last few days. Just wanted to pass along how happy I am with everything. Cassandras storyline has been awesome, she's become one of my favorite characters all of a sudden.
There's great new content with the twins. An amazing scene and other little bits with Rachel and Debbie. I really enjoyed those smoking scenes with Charlotte. Sealing the deal with Amy was great. The paths with Lucy went as perfectly as I wanted them to go I wanted a dominate yet loving relationship and I got it, best of both of 'my' worlds, great job.
Watching Samantha get spanked was great, she's such a hottie.
Anyhow, there's so many little interactions and small/large details I could endlessly gush about, and I still have quite a lot of content to go through still. I won't be able to accurately express all the love I have for this game here and I've already left a review. It's hard to mention everything I've enjoyed since there's just so much of it.
Just wanted to say that coming back to the game after a good absence I've been extremely impressed. You're doing some of your best work in animation, dialogue, character development and scene progression. Don't stop anytime soon!

A lot of you are on the MC's case because you think he is deluded and is just doing this for his own sake but my MC has got discipline over 100 and grades hovering in the 90s and I only call girls to the office for extra punishment to earn money for more things for the school, so I think his methods seem to be bearing fruit.

I am also on 7, with no issues there. You could try updating k-lite codec pack.

Update: Despite boldly claiming this update would be our most polished and bug-free yet a couple of minor bugs did crop up in version 0.12.3Public, mostly related to the rules screen and photo albums on the headmaster’s computer. I have therefore updated the links at the bottom to version 0.12.3.1Public.

Hey guys,

Version 0.12.3public is now available to everyone. This is our biggest ever update with around 1200 images, almost 300 video files, over 15,000 lines of code and somewhere around 65,000 words of dialogue. This public version also has the option to switch between English and French at any time in-game. A big thank you to our French translation team Neutral Fire, Kthunda and Gegecucu for their tireless efforts to bring this game to a new audience. There are hundreds of thousands of words in The Headmaster so making a 100% translation was no small feat.

Priti is the main star of the update with the bulk of the content comprising her storyline and punishment system. Skip to the next weekday and you will get a short introduction for the update and a brief reminder of what happened previously. There is no need to start a new save and you can always re-watch the old content in the event log/replay menu. Be aware, it will be slightly more complicated to level up Priti than the other girls so be sure to follow the quest log. I’ve completely overhauled the animations for Priti’s punishment system and I’ve added the “red butt effect” for the entire thing. The game will count how many spanks you give and the red slap marks will slowly fade in. You can even use the ointment to take the redness away again.

The other girls with significant content are Charlotte and Harriet as their storylines are tied into Priti’s. There is also a big group punishment scene with naked paddlings for the entire football class. This leads to a new rule allowing the headmaster access to the girl's locker room. To trigger the scene you need to complete the football storyline in chapter 2, have Rachel as your pet and have given Cassandra her public paddling. If you are up to date with the existing content then just teach a football class and the scene will trigger. Once the rule is passed allowing you unrestricted access, just click on the locker room door to see a half dozen short scenes. I will no doubt add plenty more to this location over time.

As well as adding the Fench translation, we’ve also added a number of new options to the cheat menu, including the ability to changes paths in Priti’s story and the ability to change your character's name. Dozens of small bugs and hundreds of typos have also been fixed so this should be our most polished release to date.

Before anyone asks, I have not added the most recent holiday special “Debbie’s Halloween” to the event log yet. It makes sense for this to be unlocked as a bonus for completing Debbie’s disciplinarian training which will happen in the next update. So I will add it to the main game then.

Windows Users

A small number of people have complained about crashes to desktop when transitioning from one animation to another. This only seems to affect certain windows users and is most likely due to outdated or buggy graphics drivers. If you experience this issue then please make sure your graphics drivers are up to date and also try not to have too many other applications open when playing the game.

Android users

In theory, you should keep your saves when updating the app but I cannot guarantee it. So please always back up your saves! Saves file are located: android/data/altosandherdone.theheadmaster/files/saves. You’ll need to use an android file manager of some kind. If you get an error saying “app not installed” try deleting your old version first and try again (after backing up your saves!).

Android apps have a maximum 2Gb limit for some devices, meaning I’ve had to reduce the image quality significantly. I also had to remove the Halloween and Christmas specials from this android version. If you want to play the higher quality windows version on your phone or tablet, I recommend using the JoiPlay app. Save files are transferable across all versions so you can switch to JoiPlay and still keep all your progress. Detailed instructions for using Joiplay (including how to transfer saves) can be found

I've actually had it crash a handful of times as well on a decent rig with windows 10. I do remember it happening in priti punishment at least twice when transitioning between some scenes. I think it was from ointment to fingering, but I can't be sure and it wasn't consistently reproduceable so I ignored it.

Hmm... Okay, so I did this. Mostly because I was bored because I saw some people confusing the girls.

There's info. on all the girls. If you click you'll see these questions answered:
1. Where can you find her?

There are some events I didn't take into consideration, like the "first dream" scene. Everyone (except for Ada) is there and the "How to Discipline a yong woman" scene ("HTDAYW" from now on) 'cause everyone is there. I mentioned "HTDAYW" only if there's something worth mentioning. There are other events, like the class when Donna teases Debbie and get punched, or the scene where Debbie gropes Nurse Robinson (A scene that I haven't seen) that cannot be replayed so I couldn't see who was there. If you notice an error, or you want to add info, just let me know. If this is deemed useful I can update it when the time comes.
