You need to defeat a mini boss first, when you enter the sanctuary go left and you will eventually find him

It's in catacombs after you meet Priestess (right upper corner of main Sanctuary floor). After that go to door on her right side and you will be in Second Catacombs (first are on the left side of map). Body is near north from the blocked ladder to the Dimlit Waterway (go south from enterence).
The tip from bar owner is telling you to go to the first Catacombs (also you can find there Pyre named Catacombs).

NEWER TRUST PEOPLE!!!


Also someone know where is the key for the big door/gate on the north in Waterways? I only found one false wall with Ring on that map.
