That is exactly the point. This is fictional and therefore there should be room for tabus like non-con sex, rape, prostitution etc. but 99% of the VN's/sandboxes on this site has been hit by the woke metoo wave that is banning anything that is just a tiny bit illegal or kinky. This game is one of the few that has BDSM, but it's so little that it's hardly worth mentioning.
The only good VN/sandbox I've found on this site over the last 5 years is The Regional Manager. Unfortunately it's a one man project and the dev. is having serious health issues with this son, so the sandbox has been on hold for more than a year now.

Anyone else having trouble with gallery, I'm using Joker's Multi mod, but anytime I try to play a scene in gallery game freezes and crashes, doesn't matter if i'v seen the scene or not.

There is in 99% of the questions no right or wrong answers. It just leads to different scenes. There is no way you will even be able to play 50% of the sex-scenes in the first play-through. It must be more fun to make your own decisions than to let someone else make the decisions for you? There is no way JokerLeader or anyone else knows what most of the flags will lead to later in the story.

those two choices are not different scenes nor some future flags, it miss content now or not, it's wrong choices marked by WT mod what supposed to help you see as much content as possible - that's is a point of WT mod
