You gotta visit other places too.. there is a library, a new centre, restaurant, gym I think.. so yeah, you can easily get the stars by visiting them

No problem. I think there was a small bucket in the dividing area between pool and the changing area. you should check that.

It's possible for someone to continue the story but don't count on it. It's never going to happen. A real shame I know, but it is what it is.

If I remember correctly, you need to interrogate the pervert old man whom you just caught. He will be in the interrogation room in the police station. Try talking to all people there..
Is there enough content for the game to be worth me trying? Like plenty of scenes and stuff? (I know it's abandoned)
It's impossible for us to judge what you find "enough". But there's several hours of, to me, very enjoyable content. Slightly inflated because walking in RPGM. Try it and report back about the enoughness
