No. Official is just English, and it's MTL for the "chitchat" (plot text is proper English).
If you want something better, choose mods from the many that are offered for this game.

Could the mods allow me to do this? or do I have to go to the previous version to have uncensored and English?

I want to mod the game, but I have no idea how to do it, or where to start.
I'm content with it, and I'm happy about it, but I feel like the game could have SO much more with this setting. you could potentially expand it to the infite with additional characters.
anyone any idea how to mod it? I downloaded the WOLFRPG editor, but I cant seem to open the game in it in any way to edit the assets

I know there were posts about this here, but here are also 200+ pages already. maybe try looking for posts by Procrastinatus.
Also, there is also his mod thread (see link on my post that is one before yours). There are probably explanations about that there too. Its not a s simple as you might think, since the game basic coding supports a certain number of charecters if i recall correctly, but I think people found ways to improve on that a bit at the very least.
Finally, Procrastinatus himself is working on a new game with the same basic principle as this, that will have much more variety and will probably be mod friendly. It IS a long way from being completed though.

not with joiplay. they use Exagear app to ran it. hadn't test it myself but apearently they port the very old one since the last port is around 2020. you can check on YT channel, there's a guy who did it per request (donate) but he wasn't active for around 2 years so may be he stopped or got into lawsuit. His channel name is Android Eroge.

so i think i've managed to merge the newest Spanish version of the npc+ mod, with my old repack i did. all inspections are uncensored, and i checked one CG scene, and that was completely uncensored too. English also. if you download it and enjoy it, please give feedback to let others know its the best version to download. with hopes to get it featured on the page too. if its not, let me know. but it works perfectly for me. it should also come with a full save file, with max money.

the game for the most part is uncensored, and the game for the most part is translated. the newest NPC (ive encountered one), that was Spanish. but i treated it like IRL. not everyone's gonna speak english. the core strip part of the game, completely uncensored, most of the CG's are uncensored, however i have come across a couple that have been. but this seems like the best version at least until someone or myself figures out how to completely do all the quirks mentioned. but from what ive seen, my version is the only version that comes mostly uncensored, translated with the occasional spanish npc (immersion). find me a repack with the newest npc plus pack that does a better job atm.
now i dont mind the ONE npc ive encountered so far being spanish, as i find it immersive and true to IRL. The CG's arent really my thing, so i dont go out my way to find them out, ive been in three scenes, two were uncensored, and one had the vaginal opening censored, whilst the other had the same, but uncensored. but as said, that doesn't bother me personally, as long as the core game is uncensored. this version is better than my last repack.
this contains uncensored core gameplay, and for the most part uncensored CG's, but ive come across the occasional censored one. The newest NPC mod pack too. enjoy, leave feedback, if you can do better, feel free and link me to the download xD.

cause for me, an oral option would perfect this game for me. we can get our dick sucked, but cant lick them? fits perfectly within this genre of game, especially within its culture of how the games styled. have a separate tool, you got the hand, next to it have a tongue, then have the same, normal and rough. for example, licking their face normally is just french kissing, rough is typical hentai creep style. same with anally licking, normal is a usual ass lick, rough is tongue fuck. same with vaginal too. normal is clit lick, rough is tongue fuck. i feel this would truly add to the immersion, if this is even possible?
Does anyone know if it is possible to modify this game to add more sprites during sex scenes? I've been trying to make my own custom descensor for this game mis-matching different uncensored sprites already in the uncensor patch and Procastinatus' and using the uncensored kagura games release as base, it works well enough with just changing some sprites except that they use the same sprite for ejaculation for the front and back (vaginal and anal). there is already sprites for those, how do I make the game use them? I've checked in wolf RPG editor engine and couldn't find where I could change the sex scene sprites. Can someone help me?

i do, however, its in spanish. so unless you can find someone to translate the entire game with the new content back to english, then yeah. heres the file anyways. i tried to merge files together, but would often notice by doing so, certain newer npcs would be removed. so heres the newest version, but in dire need of english translation. ive done a personal repack of current versions, and also added the newest NPC pack, but the npc pack is essentially changing the entire game into spanish. so if anyone can add english translation, without any of the new content vanishing, and also add a decent translation too, cause the pre-exisiting translation is fucking asssssss
