This game was working as a border guard and this new one is about being an Inn owner.
The game hates being moved after the first launch. Did you do it ?
If you need to change the location of the game:
Backup your saves
And extract the game again at the right place.
Then place your saves and Voilà !
is it only me or you done more work on fast speed? of couse untill you hit complicate level then it just suck

No. Official is just English, and it's MTL for the "chitchat" (plot text is proper English).
If you want something better, choose mods from the many that are offered for this game.
