Hey, first time posting. Long time lurker for the most part. Though man, I must be doing something wrong because each time I have a go at the game's hard mode, I come up short of getting the required 600 Qi. Could anyone give advice on what I'm doing wrong? Or anything I perhaps may have missed?
You're right, I'm sure, that the other three are the only ones who remember everything (which is part of why Selene's ending was as frustrating for me as it was), but I do think Kara's unique here. Everyone else, as far as we see, has a vague sense of "I think I know you already;" Kara knows she knows, and she's right. We don't see how much she knows, but I doubt those two examples are everything.
I guess it could be the case that she doesn't really remember anything the others don't, and is just more outspoken about what she remembers. But from we see, it looks like she has more-complete or more-detailed memory of their time in the Interim than do the others.
It would make sense if everyone remembers the version of the Interim that they themselves experienced. It's just that only Selene, Polly, and Mira experienced the unveiled Interim...
We don't know those we saved perceived their surroundings.

Read page 38-40 in the walkthrough. You need every possible scene. Including all the joint scenes. Thus you have to progress the girls in a specific order, or not out of order.

Ah, thanks! I'll take a look at it the next time I decide to play the game again.
But we do, or at least quite a lot of it, because we perceived them the same way--except for the Shades, and their not noticing that things are shifting around. Aside from those matters, what we're seeing "in town" is what they're seeing. Which is why I don't think I agree with this:
...at least, not if you're suggesting they remember it clearly. That means Kaitlin remembers the accident, losing her father, MC banging her and her mother at the same time... Kara remembers, not only the Mustang, but also the threesome with Marisa (Anita gets this in her ending, but Kara doesn't). Sammy and Bud remember being all but forced together.
OTOH, maybe they don't have clear recollection of everything that happened, but rather some vague, almost-subconscious memory of it. Maybe dreams about it (or parts of it), or something along those lines? While I wouldn't like to think that new-life Kaitlin has nightmares of almost dying in a MVA, that would explain her going into medicine. Maybe Kara doesn't see the BDSM dungeon, but sees her trips with MC in her dreams?
Have I forgotten a moment where they commented on the lack of weather or the weird skies? It certainly seemed to me that the point was they thought of it as "just" the same as the world before the Interim ... at least until they started commenting on it feeling weirdly empty.
And there's a good 5 to 10 years from where the world is restarted at until he meets the LI in most of the endings. If one had a really weird set of memories with no reason to recall them until suddenly MC, how clear will those memories be?
...which MC also noticed. He knew why and they didn't, but we, and MC, know pretty well what they experienced in the Interim.
Though looking back at your earlier post, I see I read a "how" in there that wasn't there--I read "we don't know how those we saved perceived their surroundings." If you didn't intend for "how" or something like it to be there, I may be addressing a point you aren't trying to make. But in that case, I'm not sure I understand the point you are making.
Fair, and this dev has already made a similar point in N&T--memories, or at least details of memories, fade over time.
We probably have to leave this as "I don't know," because a lot of this is guesswork. It does seem that the Cycle gave more than it promised in all the human endings (except Selene's, which is a special case)--it promised only that the LI would have some subconscious recognition of MC, and that she and MC are tied together somehow. What we see with all of them is a strong, immediate attraction, generally with some sense of "I know we're meant to be together." Only with Natalie does MC probe for Interim memories (and finds none), but I don't recall any of the rest mentioning any, either--except Kara. We see Kara remembering MC more clearly, and with more detail, than any of the others. I don't know what to make of this, but I also don't think it's just random happenstance.

I'm honestly having a hard time finishing the harem ending. I played 1 hour the other day and then 1 more hour today. It's long but there's no impetus to move the story forward.

It was worth waiting for the harem ending, this game was great, in my head Canon eventually Serena moved to the house when she got pregnant, and the rest also got pregnant eventually, just so peak this game, I will miss it. 10/10
So I just finished hard mode, but didn't unlock Selene's, Mira's, nor Natalie's. Is it possible to get both Mira and Allison or do you have to choose one? And how do you unlock Selene's and Natalie's endings?
Short answer: check the walkthrough (specifically, pages 38-39 tell you what's needed to unlock each LI's ending); it's linked in the OP. For Selene, never pass up a chance to have sex with her (which is generally good advice in an AVN anyway).
Unless the DC has changed this, no--it's one or the other.
