Hello,

I guess I have hit a bug. During the first mission, when cleaning the tomato sauce stain on the hotel carpet and the boy is staring to her. If I make the decision to defend the mental status, I get an error message: Failed to load audio/bmg/Dungeon4.ogg.

Has the game been permanently discontinued, and will there be no further updates?

On their SubscribeStar profile, the creator mentions they will be absent until September 2025. Does this imply the project has been dropped?

It does seem that way. There are no signs that there will be any updates anytime soon, that's for sure.

If it makes you feel any better, the dev hasn't been making any money all these months. He has no Patreon, and SubscribeStar payments are suspended since he has switched to the "Vacation mode."

This is the lesser evil compared to other devs that are making thousands of dollars every single month but release one update per year that has five minutes' worth of AI generated content.

That being said, I used to be a hardcore fan of this dev... not anymore sadly. Ever since the release of Ayame, he has just disappeared off the face of the earth. No posts, no updates, nothing. All that talent... what a waste.

I really don't think there will be any updates anytime soon... if ever. It's as good as abandoned.

Hard to disagree with this. Mostly frustration with this dev, they could have a decent enough product, but thye mess around too much and tend to reguritate the same few images in the various projects they put out. But as stated there are people raking in the money for just as little content.

What's more ironic is the dev's name is "Brokeguy", and the profile clearly states, "Completely Broke".

At this point he could've been making at least a couple of hundred dollars every month, if only he would've just focused on his games. There is no shortage of supporters, just creators. All he had to do was release updates every month or two, keep developing the games... but no!

For whatever reason, we keep repeating the same cycle of disappearing for months or years, suddenly releasing a short update, burning out and reworking the game or completely abandoning it, and then disappearing again.

All he needs to do is release the first thing he did, with the multiple characters, but with actual sex scenes and stuff added, each protagonist follows their own path/fetish, with them crossing over now and then, eventually all the protagonists come together in an orgy.

Such errors can be worked around (note that I don't say "solved") by copying another .ogg to the one that's missing. You may be hearing the wrong music then at times, but at least, the game keeps going. The same trick works for missing images. The error typically reports ".png", while you need to give the copied picture the extension that the other pictures in that folder have.

It is safe to say the dev has disappeared yet again, and the games have been abandoned.
