there isn't any like at all, aside two side-characters arguing that one of them would become the other one's next dad(yes A want to fuck B's mom and to have B calling him dad) but it's a gag.

yeah that's it. Nothing happens to MC nor his mom or his sister. SURE the island is filled with people "sexually-free"(i mean "fuck whoever you want so long as it's consensual") but MC and his family(again, Mom + Sister) are allowed to peacefully do what they want as they're stranded on this island and trying to figure out a way to civilization while adapting(for the moment) to the island's culture(mostly about clothes and living conditions).
