I don't think I was quite precise enough.
I don't mean save in the game directory, but data stored in a completely different directory.
Here is an example of a path from another game:

C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Adventures of Willy D 0xx\Savegames

There is a joop-joop file in the C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\RenPy directory. That maybe what your looking for!

The problem is that in ..... \ RenPy I can't see any directory called joob-joob, joop-joop or something similar.

I got stuck at one point, I can go nowhere on the map. For Mel, Yolanda and Fatima the game says I have done everything 'for now', I have done everything for Flo and Viola. Seems like there is a problem with the 'strange building'

Uh, you're not stuck. I just thought that always saying "That's all there is until a future update" got repetitive, so I switched it up a bit. Guess it IS a bit confusing, so I'll correct that in the next update.

I would just like to point out that it is NOT a paywall.
Paywalls give you a peak and then force you to pay if you want to keep playing.

You can play the Joob-Joob all the way to the end. See every single scene there is (so far).
I simply blurred the women's faces (NOT the genitalia) in SOME of the animations.
