puzzles were easy.. I liked that he tried to make you think for a sec instead of just shoot, shoot, shoot..

RE does the same thing.. and all puzzles were very logical, no guess work..

I had a lot of fun, not sure what ppl are talking about when they say stuff like this..

the stealth was difficult, but after you died like a few times, you knew what to do.. so then it was easy.
think of dark souls logic: die, learn, win.. or die, learn, die, learn, win.. however..
I am a stealth gameplay fan. Love the gameplay loop of a silent assassin or a bloodless, no kill playthroughs. MGS, HZD, Fallouts... I am that guy from the memes who ends up with a stealth bow build no matter how I started or wanted to play in Elder Scrolls. In this game though, no thanks. Not even sure why I disliked that short stealth session, especially when bow was involved. Okay, maybe first time it was okay`ish. Now I just want to get the gun asap and clear the area.

The puzzles are fine, imo. I agree here. I usually don't like those, but can tolerate them in this game somehow.

Some people on this forum are crazy, though. All they want is visual stimulation, injection of pure porn in their brain. No sexual content? "No sex, delete it from this forum now". Story? "Boring, skip till sex starts". Gameplay? "No one cares, cheat till sex starts". Erotica, lewd innuendos, gradual build of fuzzy feelings - all that is just a waste of their time. This game would be in the top 10 with just a room, light, chair, two naked bodies awkwardly imitating a mating ritual. And as long as there is a new chair color once in a while, they'll be happy. It is amazing how little they need. I truly envy them.

While I can agree that the stealth section was a bit more difficult then the rest of the game.. I really did love the bow and being forced to use it was also nice.. but I get that some ppl wouldn't like the bow.

edit: I can admit the stealth part should be improved definitely.. but I think the DEV just took it out mostly for a 'fix' sadly.

How do you get your stored guns and ammo when starting a new gameplay in the first storage box? It's always empty for me.
Green storage boxes are new in 0.5 I believe (not sure, might have been introduced in 0.4.9?) and are temporary local storage, they start out empty every time and share items only with other green storage boxes within the level (e.g., Office Area of the 7th Bio Institute, the only story level we have right now). Just like your backpack, their contents are moved to global storage when you finish the level. That's the blue storage boxes which have persistent contents shared across all your saves. Currently, all storage boxes in the story are green except for one near the start which can only be accessed in New Game Plus after you've finished the level once.

Not quite sure how green storage boxes will work once we have more than one story level.

Could be Notes.sav, but need confirmation.
Yep, that's the one!

Yeah. We have right ingredients for a stealth section, but they feel half baked.

Sneaking doesn't feel like it affects anything
Guard routes are short and leave very little room for a mistake
Body dragging is hard to use due to lack of nearby spaces to hide it
Ability to shoot the lights down is cool, but useless
Dead bodies detection and alert phase is there, but doesn't feel right.

IMO, you either do stealth right or easy. Don't want to blame the dev for that particular letdown, though. I wish it was better, but I'm fine with it being easy. I enjoy this game so far.

Speaking of soldiers, there is a "Conference Room" in their hangar or their area on the second floor. It's locked and the light above the door is red. Never managed to open it. Does anyone know if it's a placeholder or did I miss something?

Just drop the stealth act and two dudes will open up for her

If you trigger an alert, a ton of guys will spawn in there and rush out of it. It's empty otherwise from what I remember.

yeah, I believe it's just for them to come from that door.. I never got it open and the real conference room isn't connected to that door either

After the whole zombies vs. guards chaos I went back and found the door open. There was a clothing box inside, nothing else IIRC. This was before the stealth patch tho. If no one spawns there, I suppose no one opens the door.

Speaking of doors, if someone hasn't yet figured this out, you can just shoot or blow wooden doors open.

is the process for unpacking and repacking hard to learn? if it's not too crazy, I might try it.. if someone knows where I would find the program(s).. or if it isn't difficult to find them, I might could see..
Unreal Engine can be a bit of a beast to tackle. I don't think there's a quick'n'easy way to just extract, edit and repack textures into the .pak files. There's a ton of tutorials out there tho. one I googled up.

For wood doors, you can just shoot the handle. Some blue doors can be blown open with explosives, I think. There's a locked room right before the stealth section where you can shoot a gas tank through a window to blow open a nearby door.

you can actually open wooden doors with any melee weapon (the doors used to have sounds and decals when being hit but that was removed from 5.0 onwards I think, however they are still damaged and will eventually open if waved at enough times; obviously you still have to aim for the handle - crouching helps)

I'm in a similar boat with floors A1 and A5 as they are blocked off by metal shelving units. I haven't explored B2 yet so later I'll try it. I have seen via youtube from 2 separate videos playing game version 0.5.0.1 that floors A1 and A5 are explorable.

This specific type of yellow shelves disappears on subsequent playthroughs, there are a few of them around the map, around 4-5 - it's a "new game+" of sorts

And FYI, the mod isn't updated for the new game version. Bow animations do not work.
Will you be updating it to work with the bow? Also, can you make a version for the body only but keeps the default face plz? (For the doll version)
