I've enjoyed the story so far but I have to admit to anxiety over the direction development has been taking.

We're nearly two years into development now. As far the players are concerned, the bus is the storyline of the game. The entire main cast is on the bus on the way towards story progression.

Opening up three entirely new different paths in Chapter 1 is often a recipe for landing a game in eternal development hell. We honestly don't need a bunch of new characters retroactively inserted into the front of the story when the ones we have barely have a single chapter to their names since October 2023.

What kind of talk about cheating can there be in this game? when an MC can literally fuck anything that moves without moral boundaries. of course it's your choice, but still.

people are weird... when dev give fake choice in a game, complain.. when dev give real choice in a game, complain...

Why is that weird? Choices also means more paths to develop = longer developing time = longer between useful content. Beside that. The dev's almost never read the same into a choice as the player, meaning that the result of the choice that the dev gives is not what the player expected. Sometimes choices also means that the game ends prematurely without warning, and that you have to start all over to go down another path in order to continue playing the game. And finally choices means that you won't see half or more of the game unless you play it again.

Do you know how hot computer get in a small room while rendering scenes in summer? The dev said the computer would occasionally get too hot and shutdown while rendering.

Sorry, but this is bullshit. Modern computer (under 10 years old) will slow down if temperature gets too high. They won't shutdown. Beside that. I've worked in IT for over 20 years, and seen computers running pretty heavy loads in pretty hot conditions. Never have I seen a computer shutting down because of heat, unless the fan didn't work properly or the fan vents were blocked. Maybe he should try to clear the vents for dust. You can buy compressed air in a can for this purpose. It costs like 5$

A modern computer, even a high powered one, uses less than 200W when running at max capacity. 200W in a small room without proper venting will take weeks to build up temperatures that may cause shutdowns, even if it's 50 degrees celcius outside. You won't be able to work in that room, before the temp. gets so high that it will cause performance reductions. So like I wrote. Fix your vents, and you won't have shutdowns, due to overheating. You might see lower performance, but not shutdowns. The biggest issue with computers in hot environments, is reduced lifetime.

Maybe focus less on the 'right to complain' and more on the fact that you're benefiting from someone else's work without giving anything back.

so dont worry. the dev still own this game's rights and working on it. you will get the update when it is finished. nothing happend.

Well. What you read as complaining, I read as raising an opinion. Maybe the dev. reads this forum and want to take our opinions into count in his future development, maybe not. It doesn't really matter.
