I can't complete the quest "Road into the Past".
I read the book to learn the recipe, then crafted the large animal potion, which it is now in my inventory.
But when I go to the man and horse, it says "I need to find a way to help this man...", and the quest journal still says "Find a way to cure the horse" with text reading "Arhunda said there was a recipe in her journal for a potion that could probably help me heal the horse. I should try to find it."
Is there another step I missed somewhere?
And there are other things that aren't letting me carry on.
1) Quest "In the Darkness": after witnessing the abuse of Niah, the journal says "Aks the villagers for help", but the subject never comes up in conversations with anyone.
2) There is a part of the village that displays a question mark, and when using it: "This strange door... I wonder what's behind it... Maybe I should ask the villagers about it... But my curiosity might arouse suspicion...". Nothing ever happens with regard to this. No new quest, no new conversation item.

Some quests/events are unfinished. You can't heal the horse yet. This quest will get a continuation in one of the updates in the future. The same goes for the strange door. There aren't any quests related to that yet.
As for the quest "In the Darkness", try to ask Elder Kouffman, Mark, Marius and Nordack (choose the option "Helping Niah" when you talk to them). Some of them will be willing to help you. But keep in mind that this is an unfinished quest. After you find someone who is willing to help Niah, you'll reach the final stage of this quest available in the current version of the game.
