That's was already been answered but ok, It's in "Central wall" on the well in front of Laura's house, go down there then go left until you see the magic circle, interact with the border of the circle then... well there's no way you will be lost after that just go with the flow.

Find dungeon with 3 columns where you safe girl (girl in jail)- in the right corner - ladder where you find book in mid bookcase

quite sure it's a bug, anyway they posted it full some comments up (I think you may find it in the folder just in case)
