I did the christmas stuff, mansion + temple, I have cindy, the baker, the 2 redheads, isabella, though not in the mansion, alina as well. Did quests for the old man and the clown stuff as well as the encounters with baron's daughter. Is there something else to do or is this it dor now?

How to progress with the elven prist, i have done the quest with the food and had the bath scene but after a few dialogs (and gifts) she have the exclamation mark but i got only "I shoud probably leav her allone. I`V talked already to her tonight", even if i go sleep the next night is the same
Also with the witch, i can have sex in her house but thats it, cant invite her to tehe harem

Go to your mansion sleep there and try again. Talk to the builder in the mansion, once she wants to join your harem. She asks you to build her room in mansion.
Which Builder?

I have to say, this game was a welcome surprise. I'm not much of a fan of RPMG or goblin games but I actually enjoyed this one.
I'm grateful that a fast travel option was added because at some point it became a pain to keep going back to the cave in order to progress.
One thing that I think the game could benefit from would be separate albums for the sex cards and the images. As they are now, they're cluttering the inventory after a certain point. And I guess sex cards bought from Lindis could also disappear once purchased.

yes, going to seaside to alina and then the whole way back through the city, avoiding all guars is a pain.
Tbh the fast travel shoud haven been aviabalbe a bit ealier, not in the current endgame (unlucking the own mansion after having 3 of the girls subjugated)
