Do you mean bitch as in woman, or bitch in the biblical sense? Because if you mean being a bottom bitch, the NPC's that you can interact with all have dom/sub meters and the sexual interactions follow those. So no, you won't always be a bottom. If you mean being forced to transform then yes.
