So, the MC is the last hope... for what? 
I assume after MC got the "order" to see the Psycho Lady receive training so that she can give him some good dicking?
The reason for not found out that he is a male from before the meteor sounds ridiculous.

Seeing the comments about this game, my curiosity got the better of me, I mean how bad can a game named The Last Hope, be.
After playing, I cannot disagree with the comments.
I think the tags need to be updated to add Anal, Oral, Hypnotism, and Titfuck (<- maybe). Also, a Sound Warning, might not be a bad idea.
Second, the description could use a slight update, where it refers to all shemales and males being fertile is incorrect, according to the explanation in-game, they are all Infertile. Since, the MC wasn't affected by the virus, he is the only male that has any virility, with which to propagate our species with the only actual females left in the world. The title makes more sense, knowing that the world is 99.99998% infertile, with 1 male (the MC) and 1,000 females being the only humans that are able to reproduce.
Personally, I am hoping that, as the story continues, the MC will be able stay manly (or at least, more dominant), but I just get this sinking feeling that this is going to go more along the lines of Perverted Education, where the MC is pretty much railroaded into being a subby, girly boy.
Here is to hoping the game gets better for the MC, but my hopes are not high right now. (At least, they haven't forced 'The Last Hope of Humanity' into a chastity cage. For now.)

I have problems in the medical room with a Chanel, it seems, in the laboratory and in the 164th room after the first time brought the necessary things from the list.

Like most people, you are finding it incredibly challenging to play parts of the game that do not yet exist.
Chanel does not appear after the anal training is complete because that is the end of content currently.
Room 164 cannot be completed because the dev hasn't finished it, something you would know if you'd actually bothered to click 'quest' in the game's side bar.

Is there more of Aubery after your psychology training or is that in the works? And is there an easier way to increase stamina, and does the stamina skill allow for wearing armor?
There is a cheat (in the Living Area) you can use to add $500, but if you want to play the game normally, there are ways to get cash, you won't be earning mountains of cash every time you click a button, it is a bit grindy getting money.
If you have completed the blowjob or anal training, you can enter the showers and usually get a scene with a random character, which will earn you some cash.
If you talk to the scavenger, you can explore and find a school. There is 1 room on the first floor that has electronic scrap you can trade to an NPC for a few porn clips or sell in the general store for cash.
If you talk to the herbalist, you can then go out and pick flowers. They don't sell for much, but you can sell them at the general store.
If you have had at least some combat training, you can go hunting. If you win the fight, the NPCs will drop cash or animal skins that you can sell.
I think there is one or two quests you can complete that will give you cash, but usually by the time you can complete the quest you don't really need the money they offer.

Playing it Online sounds good and all but it can cause some issues with some images not loading and errors which is why most prefer to download it.
