>The Last Sovereign is a game that twists your expectations for adult games, while fully embracing a reconstruction of some familiar old tropes to provide a lot of fun, sexy content.

Look, can i get my dick wet or not?
Probably? Its well written, just not a lot of visuals.

Hi! I have a few questions for anyone who is kind enough to answer :) How much content is in the game (sex wise)? Are the scenes repeatable? Is there NTR content? Are the sex scenes explicit? The comment above mine says its only pixels so I am confused. Anyway thanks in advance for the response :)
No NTR content but some of the succubus members do have sex outside of the harem but they sex demons.

Only other scene is Hilstara bangs a dwarf woman.

By pixels they mean the only visual sex scene are RPGM sprites on screen, the sex scenes are all text based.

While it does have a lot of scenes it's more story based. If you are just looking for fap content you are in the wrong place. It's a pretty in depth RPG and to get to those sex scenes involves 50+ hours of game time.

It's a big game.

Edit: Answered my own question, not a single god damn sex scene, only dialogue
It's a massive RPG, if it's just fap you want then no, it's not for you.

Art is being added at a later date but it's still hours of game time per scene.

Last I played, its all very detailed walls of text, and occasional erotic rpg maker bobing against each other suggestively. Although sometime ago the dev sierra lee mentioned she found someone she might use to draw actual art for the game. Anyone know if anything more came of that then plans? I didn't see anything mentioned in the game blog.
Seirra hired on an artist. The patreon feed gets the art for some of the scenes sometimes. TLS is a monstrously large game so I wouldn't expect it to be caught up any time in the foreseeable future and Seirra doesn't seem too interested in adding graphics to the game as they're made.

The art quality is strong from the images I've seen, but once again, I wouldn't expect to see the CG's added any time before the game's story is complete. Which will probably be several more months, itself. Though this last update was the ending for the second to last chapter of the game.

is there anywhere I can see those pics other than patreon? Just curious about the artstyle.

Honestly, if you're playing Last Sovereign to get your rocks off*, you're doing it wrong. It's got tons of sexual elements, to be sure, but the story's the main draw, despite a few flaws here and there. There's a reason TLS discussions often descend into stuff like investment advice and in-universe political wrangling/discussion, after all. The sex scenes are a bonus. not the focus. Besides, what pictures could ever compare to the power of your *~*~IMAGINATION~*~*

*To porn, I mean. Politics and economics are my fetish, you see

I'm not sure what the policy is for that so I don't want to post too much, but I have an old picture from a poll where they were trying to nail down a consistent art style for the game. A few months old and done more to distinguish between different styles so the picture wasn't fully fleshed out with a background or anything, but it was the scene with... well you know it's pretty easy to tell.

THe game is really in line with a Strategy genre. Which is what you going to get with good RPG engine games. For Devs it not about creating a straight sex novel, or magazine, where it only sex, sex, and more sex with images. There's more interaction with RPG.

If you want nothing but sex novels, the play Ren Py, Unity, based game engines.

This got greenlit to Steam? Wow nice...

I keep not playing this game (haven't touched it sine my last post) because I'm exploring if I can Livestream it on Twitch. I've worried about getting strikes for sexual content but I've seen people livestream worse games on Twitch before. I need to ask on the forum or something.
You are aware all you need to do to get games on steam is pay $100 and then just say it's an adult game right?

As for twitch so long as you mark it as Mature content and don't display any nudity at all during the broadcast you should be fine this is according to the however do remember twitch is a shithole.

She has someone doing the CG.
The post by Nobby looks great, that has to be one of the popular or well known 2D artists! I wonder if Sierra couldn't maybe ask for some players who know RPG game software to come in and volunteer to add the CG's as they get made! Would save time and effort on Sierra's behalf. I would think you could, a number of fans make very good walkthroughs in which they dont charge fees for.

The problem there is that Sierra _is_ charging people. Technically she's not charging people for the game... but rather Patreon perks... but, being this is a piracy site, you'll find plenty of entitled assholes who equate a Patreon pledge to purchasing a finished, bug tested, polished, and AAA quality game that they believe they are promised to recieve at some point in the future (while claiming it's their God-given duty to pirate the game until such time as the developer proves they will deliver on said imaginary promises). "Not all pirates" and all that jazz.

It's only one small (il)logical leap from there to thinking Seira Lee owes them a cut of the profits for their work when she's "profiting from that work being included in the game"... often retroactively after the work is completely and with no prior agreement. This a significant part of what killed Corruption of Champions development... people feeling entitled to the content they had added to some one else' game after they had added it to some one else' game. Fortunately, CoC was close enough to completion that, eventually, Fenoxo managed to tack on a shitty ending and call it done. It's a shame too... TiTS has negligible corruption content by comparison and the transformations are either just furry, just futa, or just futafurry (and mostly just futafurry)... not very imaginative.

But I digress. Point is, people are asshole. And while there are plenty of people even in such communities who will contribute for free and expect nothing in return (I consider myself one of those), there are also people who will contribute ostensibly for free only to turn around and act like entitled shitheads later.

Now to digress on purpose. I find it amusing that full grown adults need cartoon pictures to get it up. I mean... I'm assuming these are adults... and if not they really shouldn't be here ::dad glare::.

Honestly, the pictures aren't really doing it for me, porn-wise. Don't get me wrong, they're good, but if Sierra is gonna shell out cash for art, I'd rather she do it for the big battle scenes. Little RPGMaker chibis using stock spell effects on each other just doesn't look all that great- I want to see mountains being moved, the sky tearing apart, stones torn from the void thrown like meteors, damn it! Now THAT'S some good use of art with respects to TLS, if you ask me.

I really want to promote the game as I am a former reviewer and love finding gems like this (Millenium War Aigis is another game that is regarded as a "sex game" but has surprisingly in-depth strategy and tactics). I figure doing a stream of the game when it drops on Stream and promoting the author would help. I don't mind having to do the editing/post-processing and upload it on YouTube (I do it on all my current vids) but I figured a LiveStream would be the best way to do that. I'd think my normal platform would be bad for that but Twitch would be ok; it being a cesspool unfortunately would be the cost of business. :(

I see your point, if I could pay for the RPG Ace I wouldn't ask Sierra I would offer to install the CG's only to help out, and I do not want or expect anything, its out of respect for Sierra's work on the game, and the fact I enjoy playing, so much so I would offer to my time to do this.

I enjoy the game without the CG's. I'm not one of those players just playing RPG games, for or with the hope, of having 300-3000 cg's pictures, RPG games like this are about Strategy, with some sexy/spicy dialog with/without CG's added. But at the same time due to the quality of the artwork I am interested to see how each scene for this game is portrayed by both Sierra and the Artist.

Even in asking I can see Sierra not showing interest for the very reason(s) you highlighted. But yes the dev would have the right to not believe any of that, and I wouldn't take a big fat NO as an insult.

That's just me tho, I can see others saying the same thing, turn around and expect or even (brass balls) demanding something for their 'help'.
