I'm stuck. I completed everything in the Plight of the Poor quest, but it won't turn green, and I can't select a third option for the mines. Any advice?

If i remember right i think that one only finishes for real when you talk to Janine to go to the next part, also don't forget to talk to the ambassador first

So, on the wiki page, I read that you can choose a third route for the mines ‘ ’ instead of siding with one of the noble houses. The problem is, I have no idea how to trigger it. I’ve finished every quest I could, but there’s still no option to support the commoners. The wiki says you’re supposed to talk to some elf-mage? for that, but I can’t find him.

The elf-mage is in the slums, in the southeast (just west of where Big Man is holed up). He won't actually offer the third-route solution until you've spoken to at least one of the other noble houses about the mines (might be just House Adamant, might be all three--I'm not sure what exactly is the trigger) but from the sounds of it, you've already done that part.

Thanks for the help! It looks like either my game bugged or I messed up somehow, because the elf mage girl disappeared. After replaying the whole section, she finally showed up

...........so, after restarting my playthrough, I can't believe that in previous play, I manage to reach chapter 4.
Because atm, in new game at chapter 3, everything feels dejavu.

Idk it was my habit or the game just simply excellent, just like before, I read every possible guide and others playthrough, and using it as reference.
So yeah, whilst playing, I kept checking those post. I'm glad I have two screen now, less hassle.

Due to that, 36 hours spent and still at Elven Kingdom in chapter 3 :ROFLMAO:
Thankfully, most walkthrough and guide are properly updated. Unlike previous playthrough, incomplete and thus making wrong decisions. (thank you)

And, as far as I can remember, during invasion of Yhilin, when infiltrating Hidden Stronghold, you can change the active party member, except Simon and Yarra.
As stated in miraheze wiki:
"You get to pick your party before entering the place, and you can't change it once inside. Aka and Carina are recommended, Simon and Yarra are required."

For some reason, my party were LOCKED and can only proceed with:
Simon, Aka, Yarra, Qum. (still doable tho)

This has been answered.
Chapter 3 I'm going into "Mastermind's Unmen" and it's forcing me to run two succubi. Walkthrough says NOT to run them. But as this snip shows, I cannot remove them or change the party.. Any advice would be appreciated. The succubi end up locked out of lust-based skills and Simon gets to watch 3 party members die fairly quickly.
You're using 79.2, 79.3 is the latest public build and running through that section with one of my previous saves shows I'm forced to bring Simon and Yarra but can choose two more.

This is a known bug. Sierra was trying to lock out Simon's new switching skill in certain situations where he wasn't supposed to be able to for story reasons, and it backfired here. It should be fixed in the next release; in the meantime, the only real workaround is to download an earlier version, move your save to that one for this segment, then move your save back to the most recent version afterwards.
Ah yes. I thought 79.3 fix it.

Did my best on that section with locked party, totally bruised and multiple attempt lol

I just started the game and it looks amazing something like a struggle with a sin story level quilty
I looked at the changelog and can't understand is the game finished or what?

This game is on Steam "Released in Nov 22, 2014 - $9.99"... Yeah i'm just here to test the free version ;)
the game is free. the 10$ pack is just a way to fund the dev, if you want. you know, like a free donation

Many hours later: Sure, it has a rich story but as a erotic game, it fails miserably !
I mean, the entire plot revolves around sex and building Harem but the scenes are "text based" ? Really ? :cautious:
So this game is "text based" since 2014 !? The Dev never try to change things like "Maybe i should add some animations" ?
never hear of "erotica" a literary genere? and no, the game had art for most of the scene.
you know it if you play like 15 min. if you don't see it's because the option to show art is set off in the option.

Yeah not my kinda cup of tea, there is noting arousing about it ! Gameplay or the story or the text based sex scenes...
A lot People was hyping the shit out of it, i will never trust the ratings from now on !
this game is first and foremost a game, with sexual element. and people value it for that. a very good jrpg, many usually skip the smut scenes usually.

To be frank, most of such negative reviews were written by people who clearly expected something completely different and, for some reason, decided to proceed with being bamboozled. That's okay, I guess, but I, too, don't trust the ratings. Not in the way of something being especially wrong about them. It's mostly the fact that this metric doesn't make a lot of sense when we have to somehow judge 'Treasure of Nadia', 'Harem Hotel', 'Rance' and TLS using the same criteria.

Ratings in f95 are a completely useless metric due to incompetence and abuse.
You have good games under 4* because of brigading (usually incest, pregnancy and NTR bros), which mods somehow don't spot, while we also have objective HS2/Koikatsu slop over 4* and some even over 4.5* due to popularity and brigading, but this time organized inside the dev's DC channel. Also in this case mods purposefully look away from it because they are buddies with those devs.
