As I saw from offical discord channel there was added one more CG. You can't run because of bug, developers already fixed that but that links above doesn't included that fix, unfortunately.

I got everything to work, just can't buy the new battle suits.
New scene in the gym after you lose to biker boss first.
Biker at the start of the game or the Boss? And how do you unlock it. Did both and haven't seen anything at the gym

Lose to the boss, then as said in the phone, go to the gym, use all energy and when you're leaving she says that she could use a shower or something like that. There's a chick bathing there, the rest plays automatically.
I used a save before the boss fight. The one alger had the events bugged
