No Uncle. I play a LOT of games. And after a bit the details on the start, begin to erase. I only do that on games I truly like, but, I restart those once in a while. Since, by your own admittance you hid clues on the start, well, I wanted to go there again and look for them.
I have caught a few things, maybe not ALL, but there are chances for that on the next one.
And no, I didn't skip anyone. AFAIK, when I play Harem enabled games, I don't refuse anyone. Only if they are on exclusive paths, like to date them you need to refuse everyone else or something (I'm looking at you Bare Witness) otherwise, the more the merrier.
When the game is not Harem enabled, sorry devs, I play ONLY one route and will never replay the game again. In my view, if you bothered to make all those routes, you could make one more with everyone, not doing it, is specifically to piss Harem players off. So, their game, will never rate higher than a 3 for me. Does it make sense? NO? Great! It does for me. If the game includes Cheating, then that's an automatic 2, or, worse I'll ignore it completely. (If you are wondering how is that worse, I'll ignore you, so you'll know what that feels like).

It will be hard for you to find any other game with such a good story, that even makes you to skip lewd scenes to continue faster.

So it is hard for me to answer this one, to be honest. There are two connected characters that have a strained relationship. I would say one of them and the MC dominate the other one. It is really only 2 scenes and the characters are optional not a true part of the harem. However, you could also look at these scenes as roleplaying too.

I love how there's always wheels within wheels with this story
The sooner Ellie gains total freedom and independence the better, her lack of it is the only reason I can think of why she wasn't given a choice like the others. Though why Eve had us tell her everything only for Alexis to wipe her memory I do not understand. Unless Eve protected her like she did for us. Thinking on it, it's possible that memory wipes can be undone and that's what will happen later, but still doesn't make Ellie being told now and being made forget any less pointless.
Someone is definitely pregnant, or are convinced they are, surprised no one picked up on it given what was being talked about and how she was acting. Granted everyone were dealing with a lot already, but still.
The mother daughter chat has me dying for more but also really worried for the future. I'm sure everything will be ok in the end, but it's the time between "Event" and "End" that will be the problem.
