When I was a teen, I could leave home and be "lost" in minutes. And I did abuse that. I could be as sparse in details as I wanted when interrogated about where I had been. Even if I had been seen there, I could come up with an excuse.
Now? I carry a reporter with me. Where I have been and when. My exact location and timetable. If a file was created at a specific time and I may be suspected to have created it, where was I at that time, what were the actions made by that computer at that time... enough piles of evidence even if circumstantial that put me there opening that program at that moment in time.
So, no mate. No actual anonymity. Don't fool yourself.

I thought it was really unofficial because the poster said it might break your save, but after seeing the small file size and file name it was clear that it was official (why would there be a relationship file in the game already otherwise).
Do not give them any idea's. Patreon has been cracking down on all sorts of content recently. I've seen several videos on idiot tube ( you tube) where Patreon is even booting off graphic artists that make NSFW content. Not loli shit, shit like hawt newd pinup type art. Several payment processors are starting to refuse to process payments for same stuff. Not wanting or trying to get political but the people that run Patreon are very left leaning and they are doing this.
That's a lot more complicated question than you might think.
