Overview:

indeed, 110% would be nice to know what future tags are planned.
and no, revealing future tags does not = letting on what the story will be

All I know is that I'm not touching new games without knowing the dev personally or at least knowing what future content dev wants/will (to) add.

OK, just got done playing through.
Pretty good start so far, liking the story/setting so far. Animations are pretty good.
Only thing I would note is the lack of a gallery. I get that it's a DEMO currently though, so I would just encourage to add one in the future.
Otherwise, decent start!
