I have a yet another games like this request.
Most of the suggestions done so far are either pixel games, and that's where the "like this" stop, or are simple animations loop that can be cleared under 5 minutes.

Any management game with some kind of 'meaningful' progression, no matter how long/short it is?

I tried using the search with tags management and animated, but couldn't find anything similar.

Monster black market looks interesting, but I'm allergic to boobs twice the size of heads. (unfortunately, it's not a real medical condition. I spoke both for my allergy and the unrealistic boobs size.)

It was a known issue with the game, possibly from the old engine. If your still getting it after they tried fixing it you might have to just trust it's false, or not play. Redownloaded that copy I posted and no alerts from Norton.

The management tag should be removed. There are no consequences to the choices made in this game and requires no real 'management' of assets.

There's this program available from Github called Source Explorer, which can view images and play sounds from compiled Clickteam Fusion games, like this one. You can use that to extract all the sprites if you wanted

I just noticed this game as well as the devs other works have vanished from dlsite. I am not sure why that happened but I pray everything is going alright devs since they also showed no activity for years.
