I dont really remember but 4/5ths sure it drops from one of the optional bosses. My guess is the one in the mountain pass, the one you have to grind 10 to 20 regular encounters and it spawns on the right. Though Follow Up Smash isnt worth using unless its been changed in the update (I have been waiting for a translation..). Follow Up Attack is worth on Dog and maybe the Ninja though.

As someone who went through the game in one shot and hasn't been really up to date with. Well. Updates, what does 3.0 bring? And would I have to reload a pre-endgame save to get all the content in it?
