Yeah, the best writing ever. I tried it, like 0.1 or 0.2 from the very first beginning. And even were interested to play it for one character. Very first our "girlfriend", she is working in the shop, cashier. Avoided her crazy mother and thought i could make it work, single LI, all to my liking... Buuuuut...
It is ch4 now. And i mean it is like fourth time the dev splitted his vn. Unavoidable almost everything. And guess what? There are more splitted parts than scenes with our first gf. (Whaaaaa  )
In the game where all you doing is fucking. More splits than scenes. Not only the best writing. It's also the best animations. And the best story making.

Been seeing the vn popping up in different threads thought i would give it a try glad i did just nice to see a vn with a story not set around college there is enough of those
We keep telling Ceolag college VN would sell better, but he's just not listening. Sigh...

Prequel idea: College life of MC and Kaija. The beginning of true love.

Dev really pissed me off with this ending of the chapter.
I grew an emotional attachment to this character and then, boom, she's gone.
I hoovered over the delete button for a few seconds.
But I'll see where the story goes before doing that.

So he wrote the character well then ;)

Well, I was sharing a theory, no need to get your panties in a twist.
As for the time travel:

Which proves nothing as we already know (facts) Medb is an unreliable narrator and fails to even know some Elven history. Neither does it 'introduce' anything.

BUT... It is the mc who is thinking only about himself. And it comes from the lips of sister whose life will not change in a bit. She didn't know anything and it didn't affect her life anyhow. She knows the truth and it's still doesn't change anything for her. She were safe, she is safe. She had friends, non of them are fake...
Maybe it was written on purpose but i would love to have an option to make it clear who is the real egoist. (Because except only the fact of lying she doesn't even have any reasonable cause to be mad at their parents)
I had the same thoughts when playing through this.

1 day : MC father is kidnapped. _ how we learn later by Alfar.
4th day : they try to abduct MC by mercenaries.
From this we can also assume that the 3rd party who tried to kidnap Alex were tipped off. They likely couldn't (or wouldn't) make a move as long as Robert was in play. But, with Robert indisposed, they had an opportunity to make a play.
Otherwise, it would've been trivial to kidnap Alex and Jess, even Helga at any time.
This also means that the news of Robert's kidnapping got out, and only then did the 3rd party get to work. They also knew that Helga got tipped off, and prepared an ambush on route to Alex's parental home.

So, Robert saying there's likely a mole or spy inside the Templars, well duh.

It's also entirely possible you actually work for your father/the Templars. Who has the authority to contact the board of the company you work for and just get you a week off work?

Ah, yes, one of the most prominent elves, the same who is teaching us about elven politics and the such, doesn't know shit about her neighbour the lady of the lake

That's explained in the game. On the other hand Medb is pretty much a lore dump in this update. She tells you about Queen Mab, Titania, Oberon and Nimue powers. Until the dev says otherwise there is no reason to not take her words as facts.
You can keep trying to deny the time shenanigans but it's already in the lore, the time goes slower in Midgar and so on.

It probably won't surprise you, but I have notes on that as well. :ROFLMAO:

"No. We did. But not your boss. The management board." (Early chapter 2)
Fucking what? I want to know what cover you used. The Templars would need to have some pull to be able to tell an insurance company what to do. Insurance companies are some of the richest and powerful businesses on the planet. It's possible the Templars have people in positions of power, but their lack of professionalism doesn't make me confident.

After playing Chapter 4, it's likely that the Templars just know people in power who also visit Neverwhere.
I also considered that some companies might be a front for non-human entities.
Personally, I doubt that the Templars outright own that insurance company. What I've seen from them so far just screams incompetence. They seem too disconnected from the real world, to me.
