Hey everyone,
It's been 2 weeks since the release of Chapter 5 and while not everything went as planned or imagined, I'm happy with the result overall.
And that's mostly thanks to you guys. The messages, the feedback, the morale support - all of that has been awesome and beyond my expectations.

I spent the past 2 weeks fixing a few things on the game (see the post for version 0.5.0.1), preparing the Steam release (damn, creating over 100 icons for achievements isn't fun after some point...), and as usual a bit time on DAZ trying out a few new things.
Additionally, I started planning out the scenes for Chapter 6 and looking into how to set up Renpy to provide update-only versions. I wanted to do that for Chapter 5 but fucked up the folder structure mid-development.
For Chapter 6 I plan to release an update-only version in addition to the full download so you don't have to download the whole thing again and again.
I'll spend next week with the preparations and planning needed for Chapter 6 and the (hopefully) last adjustments needed for Steam.
After that, I'll be on vacation with the family for 2 weeks (which is one of the reasons why I pushed the Steam release to September - I didn't want to release it just before my vacation) so the official start of the development will be the start of September.
I'll probably have done a bit of development/writing for Chapter 6 before that (in fact, I already have a bit right now) but I'll start setting up renders after I get back from vacation.
I'll probably make a post next Friday too so this won't be the last thing you hear from me before my vacation.
