Wish they went into the relationship lore a little further. MC had sex with Finn and in doing so she was classified as his wife. That would add a little more story.
Don't remember this lore. I was under the impression Alfar had a more open approach to nudity and sex, but I might be misremembering.

I'm guessing we'll get at least one or two more conversations with the Alfir before we head back but out of everyone in the game so far I'd take Medb at her word over any of the Templars. It was her daughter, I don't think she would have been as emphatic about it if she wasn't sure. At any rate, Finn was my real li for this game, if I get the chance to kill the person who killed her I'll take it. I don't care who it was or why.
This entire game is running from an internal conspiracy since the beggining. The sudden trip of Kaija was for allowing MC's being kidnapping by the mercenaries, as it was the Grand Master ending in capitivity. Only a member in good stance of those templars could have made the arrangements.

She said Templars killed her brother, but we know it wasn't the Templars. For Medb Humans and Templars are a synonyme. Same goes for her understanding of died in a fight and being murdered. When young Finnabair threats MC to fight with her to death, Medb forces MC to respect the culture of Álfar, but when he stabs young Finnabair like the tradition of the Álfar wants him to do, she accuses him of murdering her daughter. So, what is it when young Finnabair died in the other plot line? Murderer or death in a fight? Who started it? Medb is driven by her culture and traditions. Like everyone. Her understanding of things isn't the same as we have. So, who's in the wrong? The Álfar with their point of view or we humans with our POV?

You're not. I think he was having some wishful thinking. it's stated in the game they are very easy with 'playing around' due to the ages they can live and do not exactly view relationships as we do.

Okay good. On one of my saves, I went ahead and slept with Finn even though I'm on a Kaija path in part because of how their culture views it. "When in Rome..." and all that.

Plus it'll be fun to see how that plays out. :KEK:

The thing about the Templars killing her brother is cleared up just a few sentences later - she blames the Templars but he was killed by the Catholic Church. At any rate when it come to the Alfir and the Templars I'm 100% on the side of the Alfir. I want revenge for Finn, other than that I wouldn't willingly have anything further to do with any of the Templars. If it came to war I'd fight with the Alfir - or try to sabotage the Templars for them.

The characters are fucking despicable but the actors both did an amazing job getting us to hate them.
A few years before GOT Iwan Rheon (Ramsay Bolton) did a great job at playing a character who was basically the opposite in Misfits. Surprised I haven't seen him much since then.
