Oh man , I wish this game will get an official english release. As of now, even with mtl , I'm enjoying the game. Top tier h-game release of this year.
So tempted to just download the full saves from here but, I gotta say,I like taking my time and do it at my own pace. Best part is, if you made a mistake , game wont punish you and will bring you back to the scene before you get caught.
Best part of the game is , most of the girls (not really sure, cuz I only unlocked 5 atm) have big cups.(Yes, I prefer it that way)

To get the epilogue. get all 8 of them pregnant. Usually it's a chance thing but if you use the item to recover her virginity then fuck and cum in her. Once all 8 is done, will go straight into epilogue.
The story is pretty interesting in my opinion.
