I may be totally wrong, but I seem to remember a post from 'one of the devs', that said something along the lines as they would bring it back in for 'the more unusual' relationships you can have with Jean..

'Unusual' meaning just being platonic, and I have no fucking idea how anyone pulled that off, it's totally impossible for me, I love some crazy headhead lol

Mind you, even when I was only lurking I never stooped to the level of the coomer brained users asking questions like "Save?", "When update?" and actually learned to use the search function that so many seem to not know exists.

Though I will say that people need to go to Preferences and change the Search Option from Default Search Order to Most Recent because I distinctly remember the Default Search Option being pretty useless at finding what I was looking for.

This is less a vanilla thing and specifically more of a "It doesn't fit the personalities of some girls" and "Public decency laws" thing.

Trust me. We've had discussions on how to ride the line between realism and porn logic.


This is also a factor. We want to be one of those games where people have realistic, or at least authentic, sex lives. Think something like Our Red String.

to just put an idea out Storm at midnight skinny dipping but she uses her powers to make a super dense fog while she's there so no one could see her naked and Null either stumbles upon her while investigating the Silent Hill level of fog randomly showing up at midnight or she invites him out.

Because if I'm not mistaken Polycules/Harems/Polygamy/Whatever have roughly the same status in Earth-69 as homosexuality in our earth had during the same time period.

It's not a one to one comparison but it's close enough. On Earth-69 gay marriage was enacted in the 90s due to conservative failure to stop the sexual revolution of the 70s and 80s, horny meta humans tend to throw a monkey wrench in these kinds of things.

Though there are other supers in polycule relationships. The only one that writers will permit me to mention is that Peter Parker/Spider-Man is in one.

I'd imagine having an actual psychologist would be pretty handy in helping with that.

I offer my expertise where I can. I am currently unlicensed though so I can only offer academic advice, not practical.
