From what I remember, Null's healing factor doesn't seem that powerful on its own, just a few notches above Spider-Man's, it seems. It only gets to Wolverine levels if he can absorb enough energy to sustain it without blowing up in the process. Walk off a gunshot, stab wound or a fractured bone, maybe with a fair bit of help from the energy drain, but nothing that could cause instant death like being pulped or vaporised or being torn to pieces or even regrowing lost limbs.
Still, a low-level healing factor is still a healing factor, which means Null gets to enjoy the benefits of reaching peak physical fitness really fast and the stamina to keep up with his many girl friends.

during the phoenix event, half of null body was burned enough to show his skeleton and he was using drain to speed up his healing from the phoenix energy. it got me thinking if null drain someone with infinite regeneration powers laura or logan, or some mutants with powerful energy blast like scott taking of his glasses, i think null drain powers will help him regrow a loss limb.

It'd take a lot of energy to do that, and it'd more than likely end in failure. More likely, the lost limb will just heal over instead of regenerating. Remember, he did drain Laura and Logan before, but it seemed he could only sip from them rather than exploiting their healing factor fully. I am willing to bet there is only a set amount of energy Null can absorb at a certain rate and a limit to how much he can store at one time. This means he can be easily overwhelmed by powerful enough attacks or gruesome injuries, and attempting to break those limits means he'd very likely explode in the process.
The only reason he survived the phoenix is likely because the phoenix is utter bullshit and wasn't trying to kill Null.

Scott's beam is kinetic. Not laser. It's why his and Havok's power cancel each other out.
I will point out that when Null was recovering, Laura had to take multiple breaks from his vitality consumption.
I don't know why I can't ask x-23 to be my girlfriend, I have love at 420, trust at 360 and I already have Rougue's permission.
If I recall the requirements correctly, you will need to up her trust more.
Check the quest log for the specific requirements.
