So probably late next year or next next year....
Well I guess I will probably back once we actually get 1.0 if we get group sex and skipping 0.9 since I ain't replaying the game for that.
Every time somebody says or quotes that word, it gets a little harder to find. Anyway, it hasn't updated. Tommy luckily reposted it not that long ago.
Ain't nobody has time to click back on all the pages and hope they find it...asking is usually faster

Yeah, she looks perfectly stable. Definitely not the sort to cause devastating catastrophic events to unfold.

I know nothing about modding but in the worst case where the dev team sticks to their current decision, would it be possible to mod the quirks back into platonic routes and if so how hard would it be? They did mention a focus on moddability for the updates leading up to v1.1 right?

It's tricky, because Jean's and Laura's fit, but Rogue's is a bit harder to be platonic. Maybe they all keep one? Jean keeps sibling, Laura keeps protective, Rogue keeps submissive? A bit awkward to see masochist working platonically if they share the same dialogue.
Ron's answers verbatim from the Discord:

"it's a contradiction"

"and for every one who liked being thirsted over by Jean after repeatedly turning her down and her quirks, there was someone else complaining about it being forced down your throat which is going to be exponentialized with more characters"

"we opted for a more realistic depiction of how this situation would play out"

"two solutions: 1) we will work on adding more non-relationship quirk events for people who opt into the quirks without being in a relationship 2) mod in whatever you want"

Looks like they will add non-relationship quirk events for platonic playthroughs in the future but I'm thinking more about why section off already existing content that previously worked just fine in platonic playthroughs.

Is that a reference to how run through her vagina is?
Speaking of which, he hasn't actually told us what glaringly obvious quirk Emma will have has he? At least nothing obvious comes to my mind.

Jean's thirstiness isn't tied to a quirk. She's just like that even with no quirks. But sure, it's worse with quirks. I do agree and am thankful for the approach they have done with quirks so it doesn't seem default. Well, it does for Laura a bit but social restraint isn't really something she's learned well yet so it makes sense. And Rogue gives it to you like a kink talk about what you're comfortable with. Jean is a bit more subtle and weaves the sibling thing into dialogue.

I mentioned it, but considering that quirks are labels that give alternate dialogue that is all shared under the quirk label, it is strange for a platonic Rogue to be pulling a "punish me harder daddy".
We can say that Jean or Laura being dominant is an expression of them needing control over their lives, the sibling thing is non kinky, or that Rogue's submissiveness is preferring others deal with the burden of deciding things or Laura's protectiveness could work platonically. But even with those, remember that all of the dialogue is shared with their sexual counterparts.
So Ron would need to have it where new Jean dominant dialogue never has a sexual tone outside of sex scenes.

Anyway, I can see why they are hesitant, but yeah I'd like something going on so it doesn't feel like you're getting less.
