Eh, i dont see it that way, the black queen is the personification of Jean's worst traits, thats like saying stopping giving a fuck means you will whole heartedly throw yourself at your worst vices and characters flaws, even if you did, it isnt good for you and people that care about you wouldnt be supportive of it.

I loved it. Pity there wasn't more in anime form. It's basically solving magical world problems through education and economics instead of overwhelming power because forcing solutions through force/power begets more suffering and causes life to get worse for everyone. A lesson that's much needed in the world currently.
