I will be honest in saying that based on the writing and scenarios presented in the game so far only the Null , Laura and Rogue throuple felt really organic , when i inserted Jean into that mix it felt so off and since then i have been very dismissive of the whole polycule idea and execution , so my request to you is this , instead of making it a mini -third route please try and convince Maddenning and Ron to flesh that pairing even further and maybe even bring it on par with a monogamous romance route , just food for thought

The thing about Jean is that she's still a possesive traditionalist with massive issues at this point in the story. As such, a polycule featuring her is very much her indulging you. In her mind, she would/should be the bottom bitch and top bitch. Alpha and omega. It only working because Rogue is submissive enough and Laura indifferent enough to let their friend live out her fantasy/delusion.

Based on the writing, I'm confidant that Jean is meant to ultimately mellow out (some) and have everyone fall more on equal standing. I suspect someone she properly respects like Storm would help her get there in a organic way. Especially after Null beats/dicks down the Pheonix.

Hey, i know Jubes will be in the game eventually, theres no way you guys will be missing on that cheeky chinese gal, but the adventure wont be the same as in the comics, them two becoming friends was really endearing to read, both girls complement each other so well.
