Actually Demos are free, thank you for giving me yet another brilliant idea. Because these games (many of them) aren't complete I will consider them Demos for testing / trying out the game before I buy. Many devs put out Demos while they are creating their game SPECIFICALLY to get feedback from those they hope will buy their game WHEN ITS DONE.

Not to mention, he could have switched to steam early access (as "Corruption town" did at the beginning of the month) and make you pay 15-20$ to play it.

Except the game isn't finished. If it were and people liked it they would purchase it, that is what happens when someone has a product that someone else likes. Now until the game is finished I consider every update until then to be Demos.

I too would be complaining about the time it takes if I had played an earlier Demo and wanted more to come out more quickly but I do see your point in that regard. I more concern myself with those who have donated and are getting screwed over in my view and I do not believe for 1 second that everyone who is donating is happy with the progress of the game.

Stop donating you might say if people aren't happy? So they just wasted their money and shrug? Again not everyone has money to throw around. I am very careful with my money and because of the crap the devs I supported did I will NO LONGER donate to a dev over a game UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED and I strongly encourage everyone else to follow my brilliant example.

• Don’t like the price of gas? Refine your own oil.

Where does it end? This kind of reasoning doesn’t address the legitimate concerns being raised.

Also you do realize that devs benefit by posting their games on here for free. Eh, devs get the money they want out of a project and who gives a fuck about the people that gave the dev that money. This dev has surprised me over this project as this is one of the few that I have liked that have got anywhere near an end. Hopefully this dev won't be a PoS like so many others but my faith in devs in general not just the porn games but all game devs seem to be doing as little as possible to make the most money and customers have been stupid to just buy the crap or support the crap anyways.
