Staff, Mods, Uploaders don't get paid. And the money we get via donations/ads pay for operating costs. And upgrades Would be nice if I get paid though. Its basically a hobby for us. But this is way to off topic.

And when they sell the remixes they owe royalties for the use of the song to owners of the rights to the song. You need to read up on the concept of copyright as your current level of knowledge is lacking.
