We're on pirate site, where majority of games are made illegally in Honey Select/Koikatsu, where like half of them have to feature "taboo patches" because they contain illegal stuff, where at least 20-30% feature copyrighted characters from popular cartoons/movies/tv shows/comics, where we already saw like 40 goddamn rip-offs of Big Brother over the years.
But with every game like this, still there are always hundreds of silly guys (mostly americans from what I've seen) who feel the need to cry about dev copying someone else's work, and fantasize about lawsuits.
My dear friends, if you think someone is going to even try to sue some russian rando on the other side of the world, because he used their incest porn game assets, you gotta be completely delusional. Stop the clownshow, just download and fap if you find the game hot, or ignore it if you don't, that's it.

Most "sandbox" games I've seen around here do it with the sole purpose of artificially increasing playtime.
If there isn't any extra content related to the sandbox then there is zero reason for it to exist, if you take it out of the game absolutely nothing would change in the storytelling.
Although you could make the argument that having the sandbox keeps the possibility of adding extra content later, in most cases it's just about the mindless grinding and stretching of content.

Models are one thing. Wholesale theft of someone else's work (renders directly ripped off from the Inceton game) is something else. This isn't "fair use." It's grand larceny.
Imagine taking Star Wars, recording your own voices and music, and putting it out as a new movie in theatres. Even if he were giving it away (which he's not), Disney would sue his ass into the next millennium.

Even if we're on a pirate forum, there's this thing called honor among thieves that you should probably not rip renders off someone else's VN and sell them in your own. In bird culture it's considered a dick move. And it cause people like me and many other to comment here that it's not okay. Download as much as you want for your personal use, I'll never say a word. But if you start profiteering from that shit that's where i draw the line.
I'm not talking legal action, i'm not talking taking shit down here. I'm merely talking about common fucking decency. Sure we're all a bunch of fucking degenerate wanking off 3DCG, doesn't mean we have to fight and steal from each other.

It's one thing the game gets posted for free here on F95zone. But that guy even made a Patreon site and locks the game behind a paywall. So at least Patreon (and probably also Boosty) have payment account details from him. I definitely wouldn't be surprized if he will face serious issues on that side soon.
Sorry, even people who choose to ignore or break some laws will still have problems with other transgressions. You don't get to dictate to people what behavior they choose to find distasteful or offensive. Even most pirates are fans of games, appreciate talented developers, and don't want to see stuff like this.
I dislike this for the same reason I generally dislike real-porn games.
1.) If a dev can't be bothered to create or commission their own art, they probably are generally less talented and aren't putting much effort into it. As a result, their games probably aren't as good.
2.) Even if they are otherwise talented in all the areas except art and lack the ability to hire an artist or commission art, they are not able to create the art that fits the needs of the game. They will have to try to create the game around the art. This is going to limit the stories they can tell and the type of gameplay they can have.
Both of these are red flags for the game probably not being good and not worth even checking out. I will take a game with subpar or very simple art over a real-porn or asset rip game every day of the week. Because in those cases it is more likely there will still be a good game underneath the subpar art.

In the examples you've given, the Creator is still having to render himself, which means he's actually doing the work of creating the scenes. This is a case of someone literally taking someone else's rendered images.
Piracy is not the issue here. The problem is trying to make money off someone else's work. If he had just shared it, that would be one thing; trying to make a profit is something else entirely. That could be a very big legal problem.
