Uhm nothing is stopping them except time and they are welcome too, even just to amuse me by reading these comments (its almost as funny as games with AI art) If they can make money depends on the original creator and if he even wants to go against it, but not some hypocrites on a piracy website. Anyways, the game will stay here. EVEN if the the dev of the original gets to take down the Patreon of santrear.

There were many spinnoffs of different adult games on here which did use characters from the original games. In most cases they did it with permission of the original developer and they actually bothered to create new assets and add something of their own. Here the dev copy pasted 100% of everything inceton created(animations,characters,enviroments etc.) and added his own story(haven't even played it and i dare assume its bad). One thing is doing it for fun and copying all of it and adding your own story... Other is trying to make a quick buck off of years of someone elses work and pretending its your own stuff

You might want to reconsider that stance. There are a lot of devs who are active on this site and are generally okay with their game being here because you guys try to direct people to their Patreon or Steam or whatever. You aren't doing what a lot of pirates do: take a game, strip it of any details about who created it, and then pretending it's theirs so they can charge for it or solicit donations.

Except that's exactly what's happening in this instance, and you're supporting that. It's a fine line to be sure, but it is a line and it's one you shouldn't be crossing. No one should be enriching themselves off the work of another dev here. You're going to drive away any semblance of cooperation you've been getting from developers if you allow this.

It's a massive "fuck you" to devs, many of whom rely on this site to promote games they've actually worked hard on, if the stance of the mod team is basically, "we don't care if someone else steals your shit to make their own thing, go cry about it".

Since this dev likes to copy other people's projects so much, allow me to suggest that he copy the game Mother Load (which has one of the sexiest moms in games) and finally finish the same

There is a difference between doing piracy and just straight up stealing a fellow dev works. If this is considered ok, then what stopping other people for doing that to Eternum, Projekt Passion, Artemis, Harem Hotels and other porn games and making a patreon and earn money by plagiarising their work.

Big Brother was stopped and abandon by the devs for reasons, thats why people can make continuation or remake of it because the devs is not interested in it and doesn't mind someone else revive or remake a dropped project. Lust theory is still being continue and not abandon, Inceton devs also did not approve this so Santrear never got their approval to take their stuff and make it their own.
