i really think the only way the "dev" if we can even call him that can fix this is to add ntr that will make everyone happy no?
Well if u play the actual Lust Theory, it has NTR scenes (technically extra scenes non-canon) so even if this "whatever" were to add NTR, it will still probably be from the actual game.

Since this dev likes to copy other people's projects so much, allow me to suggest that he copy the game Mother Load (which has one of the sexiest moms in games) and finally finish the same

In fact, there are a lot of abandoned incest games with potential, I don't understand why this guy would just copy this one that's still in progress haha
Because doing what you suggest involves getting character models and other assets and learning how to use DAZ, not to mention having a rig capable of rendering.

This guy just took the easiest, lazy, scammer option of taking renders that were already made and slapping their own inferior thing together over the top of them.

I mean what stopped people from doing that to Big Brother?
The people who made the Big Brother ripoffs actually got the character models and other assets and made their own renders, but different ones to the original game and with their own stories.

Still a ripoff, but at least they didn't just take the already made renders of another game and try to package it as their own work.

Its not the same though. As this is not the same game. If you play this you didn't play Lust Theory. So by playing this Lust Theory doesn't "lose" money. Now its debate able if piracy hurts devs but this is not the same as what you get when playing the orig game. :KEK: Also its hilarious :KEK:
Sorry. But if you use the same exact scenes. The same exact progression. But only change the words being read by the player. Then it is 99.99% the same game. You can't take someone elses work, reword it, and call it your own. Modders sometimes reword a game to fit their mod's. But keep the game mostly as the original creator had it. But they market it as mod's. They do not market it to be their own creation. This, from the photo's posted on here, looks to be the same exact game, with different words used. Inceton has sued for less, if memory serves. I think it best for this "dev" to cut his or her loses before it is too late. Kudos for him or her trying. It is one thing to use the same models. (As you get them from DAZ or what-ever engine you use from what I've seen). But to use the same exact scenes, the same exact actions, is worse than us DLing the games for free on here.

THE GAME IS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC USE.;)
So. By your logic, I could take a game like, say Mortal Kombat. Use the exact same storyline. The exact same actions. The exact same progression. Just change the words being said, and I would not be gotten for copyright infringement? That game, as you said about Lust Theory, is "AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC USE." As someone else said, you need to learn about copyright infringement. It is the exact same thing.

piracy and inspiration are the same, just in other words, i guess
No. They are not the same thing.

"Piracy" is theft. Theft is directly taking what was not yours, not buying, not borrowing...stealing.

"Inspiration" is being inspired to do something when seeing or hearing something else. You see a game that you liked, and that game made you have an idea.

This game steals the images of another game. This dev stole images. BUT, this isn't the same story. As many other games on this site as I have seen, over the years, that all used the same images, I can't barrage this dev with hate without doing the exact same thing to the dev of Lust Theory for stealing these same images from Milfy City, or any other dev who used the exact same renders as hundreds of other games.

If the story is different the characters have different names, and are different in the way they act, then I see this as no different than hundreds of other games on here where people didn't even bat an eye.

Lust Theory used renders from Milfy City. Hundreds of games on this site have already used the same renders as hundreds of other games. Any parody game on here could and should be sued, by that logic.

I'm pretty sure the guy you quoted was being sarcastic.

I'm pretty sure the guy you quoted was being sarcastic.
If so, then ignore my comments. lol
But, it's text, and sarcasm isn't as easy to detect, especially with the average IQ being under 100, and knowing how the average person is on the internet. I see it regularly how some people can't tell when something is obviously meant to be satirical. Anywho....as I said, though....if a person is straight up just stealing images, and not even bothering to at least change outfits or backgrounds, then I can understand the outrage. But,as far as the renders of the characters, I see this on hundreds of games on here where people don't question it. And Lust Theory characters were from Milfy City. lol

It's surprising to read all the rage against this game while the games using stolen porn videos and pics are not criticized except for their playful quality
for me it's not the same. Just because I can filter out "ai cg" and "real porn", so I don't have to see the updates. It's just not my cup of tea. Attempts like this can't be filtered, at least I don't know how. Not an explanation for everyone, just how I see it.

It'd be delicious if every time someone tried to open it, it straight up opened Lust Theory. And wasn't monetized. At least then it'd be amusing and not cringey.

Thieves don't have honor, if they did they would not steal things.
"Honor" doesn't mean "perfect." "Honor among thieves" is basically "selective honor." They in fact DO have honor, just not when dealing with society's list of morals. They have their own set of morals. Their "honor" is "among thieves", which means what it says. They have their own codes between themselves. Pirates had codes. Of course, many of them stabbed each other in the back (lol), but they most definitely still had honor.
