Thing is. Most Dev's seem to like that their game is posted here, as it gives them publicity and many have joined their Patreon or Subscibestar because of it. This person is blatantly ripping off another's work. There is a difference in what you do and what this "dev" has done. But be that as it may, like the other guy said. Look at sites like Pirates Bay or Napster. They were big in this business, and got shut down because of violating copyright's.
Again, mark my words. This sites days are numbered, I'll eat my crusty underwear if this site exist in another year.Yeah, you have no clue how this site works.

I know that f95 is a pirate website and all that goes along with that but ive always thought there was a somewhat healthy symbiosis between the site and developers. Sure your game goes here for free and sometimes leaks and that can be frustrating but it also puts a large number of dedicated fans eyes on your game and if your game is good it generally will get financial support. I for one and a ton of other users have and continue to support devs via pateron and other subs or buy the finished product on steam. Straight ripping other peoples assets and then putting some shit photoshop over the top and saying I made this give me money is wild and leaving it on the site sets a shit precedence going forward. Its a really bad look for the site imo.
If the mods who've spoken in this thread are of any indication of the rest of the mods, this forum could give two shits about developers and their growth. They're parasites and I will dissuade any developer I know from ever working with this site.

Most of the Devs either ignore us or interact only a few are DMCA us like Incetoon. But regarding the whole art rip ofc it's disgusting and the game will not make it far anyways if someone is so stupid and would really sub to the "Dev" he belongs into a mental ward anyways.
