MC lives with Megan, his landlady. She is an old friend of his mother. Also she wants goodbye kisses, and she and MC have been naked around each other when he was younger.
MC doesn't lose his memory and returns to his landlady after the coma.

I think it's safe to say that this opens the opportunity of a certain patch in the future.
