I mentioned in another post I did take the time to design the therapist, I actually did it just for fun even though she wasn't shown in the game. I really enjoy making hot female characters even if I don't intend for them to be main characters in projects

Well this was just a sad story with a guy who looks so bad that it was painfull. Absolutely no fun into this, i wish i had never play this. I don't know what the dev was thinking, maybe he's a fucking moralist. We don't need that, we need to have fun. Fortunately it was short!

His mother really has to try hard to get the MC to finally agree to have sex with her. And he's sad during sex, he doesn't look happy at all.
Throughout the game, MC refuses his mother, he doesn't want to have sex with her and he thinks it's wrong.

The game ends with the MC thinking it's wrong that a mother wants to have sex with her own son and forces her to go to a therapist because she's not normal.

The son is the worst kind of person you can imagine. I think it's an OK mini-game, but there are a few things that should be changed. First of all, the death of the father. It gives really bad vibes. Mother and son are in mourning and they decide to deal with that... by fucking? And, at least in the part of the mother, by having a romance with her son? Too sick. It would be better if the father left the family for a younger bitch or something, so son and mother are angry with him and maybe even have money problems because the guy left a gambling debt or something that they should pay. That would get mom and son closer since they have to solve their problem together, but without the sadness of a death in the family and the mourning. It would be more plausible.
Also, the son has too many wrinkles in body and face. He looks almost the age of the mother. He has the body of an old man. Ripped, but old. I wouldn't like if the son would look like a kid, but about 20 or 25 would be great. Now he looks 35. And that tattoo? Is he in a biker gang or something? And the cock seems to be from other body
About the mom, I like that she has a mature body, although it's a bit too exaggerated. Slightly smaller tits and maybe butt would be great.
Finally, I would change the focus and the ending. The mom could step by step convince the son even of spite of himself, and at the end, when she's about to call the therapist, the son would take the phone from her hand and says to her "you know mom? It would be better if the son accepts his mother the way she is, and tell her not call the therapist at the last moment, and live happily.
If possible, to have a repeatable scense and get to choose what to do, in morning, evening and night, and to choose to sleep with his mom, she wakes him up and so on.

The use of the dead dad was because of how many incest games use that trope. Dealing with loss by fucking family members was something I always found funny so I wanted to use that.
I understand why some find it a little sour, but me personally I will never not laugh at how ridiculous it is. And I'm personally not a fan of dad being a complete asshole in these games, it always feels like making the son a white knight for the mom and I don't really find that fun

The mature mom look was what I was going for so I'm glad that's working for people, and when it comes to exaggerated tits and ass. That's jut what I prefer, compared to some of my other models Giselle is actually pretty tame lol.
Similar to what I said above, the ending is a gag about using incest to deal with loss. The ending you described isn't what I was going for. I understand why some aren't keen on that ending, thinking it was me judging the genre, but it was just me having a laugh.
