Sadly it looks like it is. The first chapter of the game was completed in a year. It's been a year and half since the "demo" for chapter 2 was released. Since then...nothing.

The game can't be considered chapter 1 if it's actually just a prologue, why was chapter 2 abandoned after he went to all the trouble making the prologue? It was pretty obvious it was written in French and then poorly translated into English besides that, I had completely forgot about this game until I noticed today it had been abandoned?

That's why it says "abandoned" right there at the top of every single page in this here ole thread …
does not always mean its dead. just that the dev is taking its sweat time developing and passed 3 months with no action.

No, that's what the "On Hold" tag is for. Abandoned means assumed dead until the OG dev says otherwise.
"Assumed" does not mean "is"
"On Hold" means the Dev has specifically notified F95 or subscribers that they are taking a break, while "Abandoned" is based on time based criteria (occasionally the Dev states this).
