at first i imagined something like anna exciting affection and lily of valey but it seems that the story got lost and took a strange turn, am i the only one who has that impression?

Don't know what's the point of all this conspiracy about this game) To sell incest patch to all incest cravers and raise more money? For God's sake, that Gallery mod in this case is fucking useless... What's the problem to read mod's description and understand how it works? It adds lines of code with image's references and corresponding text from very old version (from 1118a to 1148a), lines which were cut out in the newer versions. That's all. It can't add new lines which were never released for public, like in this case. In this f95 game version the incest isn't blocked in some way, it's literally cut out, it looks like this:
Everything from a789b to a809b is just cut out (it is the mentioned scene from the picture). Furthermore how do you expect the Mod which wasn't updated for half a year to add content for an update which was released a couple of hours ago?
